Happy Anniversary, Digimon (:
Used markers to colour, pencil crayon to touch up, and white acrylic paint to make the clouds and highlights.
The reason I have a border around it is because I had to find a good place to stick the picture on and take a picture with it since I don't have a scanner. And if I were to trim it off, I would be cutting some things from the picture, and I didn't want that. So I left it as is with a really awkward border ha ha.
